Customer was at the end of the initial term of their lease – the lease was provided to them by a bank and the bank would not allow the customer to extend the lease, they were only allowed to purchase or return the equipment.

Going beyond finance:

Somerset appraised the assets, purchased the equipment from the bank, and provided an operating lease to the ground and cargo handling services company.  The bank was taken out of their position, and the customer was able to keep the assets in use throughout the process, and today enjoys a lower payment from Somerset than the original lease provided the bank.
